Because we’re print-on-demand, every Sasshole® item is made to order just for you — we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves. That means returns work a little differently than big-box stores.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items (We’ll Fix It)
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (and the packaging if it arrived damaged)
If approved, we’ll provide a replacement (reprint) or a refund, depending on the situation.
Change of Mind / Size Issues (Custom-Made = Final Sale)
Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse / “changed my mind”
- Color preference changes
- Orders placed by mistake
- Sale items or gift cards
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, the fastest option is to place a new order. If your original item has an eligible issue (damage/misprint/incorrect), contact us and we’ll help.
Refunds (If Approved)
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
